Español para Extranjeros - Letras UCR The aim of the SFL Program at the University of Costa Rica is to provide non-Spanish speaking students with such a degree of competence in Spanish as to allow them to fulfill, quickly and efficiently, their communication needs in both speaking and writing. The SFL Program is taught by a team of native-speaking university professors with degrees in either Spanish Philology or Linguistics.
